Today I went to see my councilor like the usual. She was talking to me about how I’ve been doing, so she took me a test. I took this test before, like before I started therapy. When I took it today, she told me the results. The result I got was a ZERO. She compared my results to my other results. When I saw it, I felt so proud of myself. The result from last time was a 24. This test included: anxiety, depression, mental illness, stomach aches, headaches, traumatism, and emotional breakdown. Seeing this results shocked me big time. Seen the huge changes over these past months are just amazing. I thank my councilor so much. I’ve accomplished my goal. (:
